Terms of service

1. About these terms
These terms govern orders placed with ALGORITMO REGENTE - LDA for services presented on Mobi-Soft.org. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 and can enter into a contract.
2. Order and acceptance
Your Wise payment is a request to reserve the package associated with your selected budget. The amount is prefilled in euros and the payment description identifies the purchase as startup development services. If you choose an industry, a short non-personal industry label is added to that description. We review the order, contact you using payer details available through Wise and provide a written scope. If your preferred delivery email is different or not available through Wise, contact us with your payment reference. A service contract is formed when you accept the scope. If we cannot accept the order, we refund the payment in full.
3. Service levels and deliverables
- €100 to €1,000, Validated Idea Pack: one selected opportunity and a research pack covering the customer problem, target audience, why now, available demand signals, market gap, competitor snapshot, offer, pricing, revenue model, key risks and a 30-day execution plan.
- More than €1,000, AI Founder Sprint: everything above, plus a multi-step founder workflow, product specification, MVP scope, user flows, prioritized backlog, working first product, launch website, name, brand direction and go-to-market plan. Complexity and functionality follow the investment and written scope.
- €5,000 or more, Launch Partner: everything above, plus 12 months of base support for the delivered startup from the agreed delivery date.
- €10,000 or more, Premium Founder Build: everything above, plus a structured founder test or conversation, a premium opportunity shortlist, individual selection and an expanded product and website build within the written scope.
Each higher level includes the listed benefits of the lower levels. The written scope defines depth, functionality, schedule, acceptance criteria, support channel and exclusions. Dates remain estimates until confirmed in writing. Customer delays, missing content or new requests may change the schedule and price.
4. Support
Base support included with service budgets of €5,000 or more covers issue triage, minor fixes to the delivered work and practical launch guidance for 12 months. It does not include new features, major redesigns, paid advertising, content production, third-party charges or work outside the agreed scope. Response expectations and any additional service levels are stated in the written scope.
5. Fees, taxes and third-party costs
The euro amount prefilled on Wise determines the applicable investment level. Check that it matches your Mobi-Soft.org order summary before paying. We do not add another Mobi-Soft.org checkout fee. Any legally required tax treatment and invoice details are confirmed as part of order review. Wise or the payer's bank may charge its own fees. Domains, licences, hosting upgrades, paid media, specialist APIs and other third-party costs are excluded unless the written scope expressly includes them. No recurring payment is created through this Wise link.
6. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, timely feedback and materials you have the right to use. You are responsible for sector-specific compliance and for deciding whether and how to operate the venture. Research and validation reduce uncertainty but do not guarantee revenue, investment, product-market fit or regulatory approval.
7. AI-assisted work
We may use AI-assisted research, design and rapid-development tools. Outputs are reviewed and integrated by us, but market information can change and software may contain defects or third-party dependencies. Acceptance testing and warranties are limited to what the written scope expressly states.
8. Intellectual property
After full payment, you receive the project-specific rights and commercial-use licence stated in the scope. We retain pre-existing materials, reusable frameworks, templates, generic components, methods and non-confidential code. We do not reuse your confidential data, secrets or bespoke business content. Exclusive rights and full source-code transfer require an express written agreement and may cost extra.
9. Confidentiality
Each party must protect the other's non-public business and technical information and use it only to perform the project. This does not cover information already public, independently developed or lawfully received from another source.
10. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
If you are an EU consumer, you normally have 14 days from contract formation to withdraw. If you expressly ask us to begin during that period, you must pay for the proportion of services performed before withdrawal. If the service is fully performed after your prior express request and acknowledgement, the withdrawal right may be lost. Before scope acceptance, you may cancel for a full refund. After acceptance, business customers and consumers outside statutory withdrawal rules receive refunds only for unperformed work, less committed non-refundable third-party costs. Refund timing may depend on bank or Wise processing.
11. Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights. For business customers, our aggregate liability arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or third-party platform failure. Consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
12. Suspension and termination
Either party may terminate for a material breach not cured within a reasonable written period. We may pause work for non-payment, unlawful requests, security risk or failure to provide required inputs.
13. Governing law and disputes
Portuguese law applies without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Portuguese courts have jurisdiction for business disputes unless agreed otherwise. Consumers may use the courts or an applicable consumer dispute resolution entity.

2. Data we process
This page processes the startup budget and optional industry you select. When you continue, the amount, EUR currency and a description of startup development services are added to the Wise link. If you choose an industry, a short non-personal industry label is added to that service description. We may receive payer identity and contact details made available by Wise, payment status, amount paid, description and transaction records. We also process later communications, founder-assessment answers and project materials you provide where relevant to your package.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- To take steps at your request, review an order, form and perform the service contract.
- To comply with accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and other legal obligations.
- To protect the service, resolve disputes and improve operations based on legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
- For optional marketing only with consent, if we ask for it separately.
4. Recipients and transfers
Payment data is processed by Wise under its own terms and privacy notice. We may use vetted hosting, communications, professional-adviser, research and development providers only as needed. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under an adequacy decision or approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
Unconverted enquiries are normally kept for up to 12 months. Contract, payment and accounting records are kept for periods required by Portuguese law, commonly up to 10 years where applicable. Project materials and founder-assessment answers are kept for the contract and support period and a reasonable period for legal claims, then deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Contact us to exercise a right. You may complain to Portugal's data-protection authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, at cnpd.pt.
7. Security and required data
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Payment and payer details are necessary to identify and perform an order. Without them, we cannot accept the order. Optional industry information and premium founder-assessment answers help tailor the service.
8. Automated decisions
We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects using information collected on this page. AI-assisted recommendations are reviewed before delivery.

What this site stores
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses one first-party local-storage item named mobisoft_cookie_notice to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice. This is necessary to avoid repeatedly showing the same notice and remains on your device until you clear site data.
Form and payment data
Your form values are kept in the page only while it is open. When you continue, the selected amount, EUR currency and a description of startup development services are encoded into the Wise payment link. If you choose an industry, a short non-personal industry label is included in that description. Wise may use its own cookies and similar technologies under its privacy and cookie notices.
Your controls
You can remove local storage and cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage will not prevent the payment link from working, but the notice may appear again. If we add non-essential analytics or advertising technology in the future, we will update this policy and request consent before activating it where required.
